  • If you are an energetic professional, with proven Oil and Gas professional experience and solid network in Nigeria’s energy sector, this position is for you.
  • In this role as Business Developer, you will contribute to Siemens Energy’s success in the region by identifying new business opportunities, translating them into value propositions for our customers and assisting the executing units with your business sense, local experience, and network.
  • This task will allow you to further advance your career within a vibrant international corporation, with solid business records, strong corporate values, and a rich history as technology pioneer.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will oversee selected accounts and will work in full autonomy, supported by our local and virtual teams, to develop opportunities with indigenous, as well as international oil and gas companies.
  • It will be your responsibility to understand and anticipate customer requirements, ensure they know and understand Siemens Energy’s value proposition and accompany both the internal execution unit, as well as the client, along the entire opportunity development phase.

What You Bring

  • At least 7 years experience in Nigeria’s O&G sector with proven track record in developing successful complex businesses
  • Ability to work with diverse cultures and a team player.
  • Quick and curious learner and open to learn new things.
  • Strong network with local and international developers, End clients, EPCs, Consultants, and related stakeholders necessary for success
  • Strong commercial and technical acumen, with experience in scouting and developing deals.
  • Winning personality, a good listener, and a good communicator
