We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Key Account Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

 

    • The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

 

    • This role involves actively prospecting for new clients, understanding their needs, presenting product or service solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Job Description

    • Identify potential clients and market segments that align with our logistics services and generate new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.

 

    • Develop and implement strategies effectively for extensive sales and distribution of company products.

 

    • Collaborate with the operations team to create tailored logistics solutions for clients.

 

    • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs set by the Line Managers and Management.

 

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales records including client interactions and sales forecast to obtain information useful in preparing reports

 

    • Present proposals and quotations to clients, addressing their specific requirements.

 

    • Build and maintain positive work relationships with clients to create a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue.

 

    • Monitor to identify changes in market trends and adjust accordingly to enhance sales process and revenue.

 

    • Perform every other tasks as assigned by your Reporting Line.

 

Competencies and Skill Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field of study.

 

    • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with proven track records in Logistics, B2B and FMCG.

 

    • Must be able to identify prospects, identify prospects’ challenges and proffer solutions and build rapport and maintain client relationships and Retention.

 

    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

 

    • Must be a good negotiator.

 

    • Must possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

 

Salary

N250,000 / month.

2.) Cargo Logistics Sales Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

    • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Local Sales Staff. The primary scope of work for this position involves managing shipping bulk cargo double cleaning business and facilitating whole container and Air Freight shipping business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the local professional market, and the ability to develop relationships with individual shops, stalls, and small B customers.

 

Responsibilities

Manage Shipping Bulk Cargo Double Cleaning Business:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with individual shops, stalls, and small business customers in the local professional market.

 

    • Collect shipping bulk business orders, including goods purchased from Guangzhou, China, and other locations to the Nigeria station.

 

    • Arrange transportation of bulk goods into containers for weekly shipment to Lagos.

 

    • Oversee customs clearance processes and ensure timely delivery of cargo to the company’s warehouse.

 

    • Notify consignees to pick up goods after unpacking.

 

    • Track and report on shipping bulk business performance, including the number of cubic meters collected.

 

Facilitate Whole Container and Air Freight Shipping Business:

    • Identify and develop relationships with large local trader customers interested in whole container and Air Freight shipping services.

 

    • Promote whole container and Air Freight shipping services to potential customers and secure new business opportunities.

 

    • Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange sea cargo and air cargo shipments.

 

    • Calculate commissions for whole container and Air Freight shipping business based on each container (for sea cargo) and per kilogram (for air cargo).

 

    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

 

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred, with a major in international trade and logistics preferred.

 

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry, with international logistics sales experience highly preferred.

 

    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

 

    • Strong understanding of the local professional market and customer needs.

 

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 

    • Age between 22 and 35 years.

3.) Field Sales Officer

Job Locations: Computer Village – Ikeja, Ajao Estate and Trade fair Market, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

    • We are looking for proactive and resourceful Sales Officers to join our Sales team in generating revenue and selling of company services to prospective customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

    • Generate revenue and meet up with Sales monthly target

 

    • Raising of Parcel waybill, Order tracking and follow up until delivery.

 

    • Collect and follow up customer orders. Ensure a close follow up of daily order entering and guarantee strict order management accuracy.

 

    • Supervise and coordinate field operations, including delivery schedules, dispatching, and transportation activities.

 

    • Interact with clients and customers on-site to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

    • Issuing of local documentation including Invoice, Delivery Notes, Receipts and verification when necessary.

 

Requirements

    • Minimum of HND / OND in any discipline

 

    • At least 1 years of experience in Sales

 

    • Must be of close proximity to the above named Location

 

    • Attention to detail.

 

    • At least an average proficiency in Ms- word

 

    • Must own a smart phone

 

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

 

    • Experience in the Logistics Industry is also an added advantage.

 

Remuneration

NGN 70,000 Gross + Commission.
