We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Legal Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsiblities

 

    • Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.

 

    • Interpret laws, rules and regulations for individuals and businesses.

 

    • Present and summarize cases to judges and juries.

 

    • Analyse the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.

 

    • Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit.

 

    • Represent clients in court or before government agencies.

 

    • Negotiate settlements of civil disputes.

 

    • Review documents and define best course of action.

 

    • Adhere to a consistent schedule of hearings, court appearances, and case related meetings.

 

    • Represent company in legal proceedings such as trials and administrative boards.

 

    • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

 

    • Act as agent, trustee, guardian, or executor for businesses or individuals

 

    • Draft and administer contracts, negotiate deals.

 

    • Facilitate depositions of experts and case witnesses.

 

    • Handle all corporate legal processes including securities offerings, intellectual property, compliance issues, etc.

 

    • Research and anticipate legal risks.

 

Requirements

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience.

2.) Information Technology Officer

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsiblities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for all staff seeking technical assistance.

 

    • Maintains stock of equipment, consumables, and other supplies

 

    • Arranges maintenance services with software or hardware vendors to repair or replace defective products

 

    • Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends

 

    • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system network, printers, scanners and more

 

    • Identifies, investigates, and resolves user problems with computer software and hardware

 

    • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades

 

    • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

 

    • Checking computer equipment for electrical safety

 

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

 

    • 2 years of experience in technical support

 

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

    • Excellent interpersonal skills

 

    • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical employees

 

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

    • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software
