Role Description


    • The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing our presence on social media platforms, creating compelling content, implementing social media campaigns, and engaging with our audience to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.


    • You will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with our business objectives and brand identity.


    • You will improve our social media presence, engage with our community and drive conversions through creative, compelling campaigns in growing our social media pages and delivering winning online campaigns.


Duties and Responsibilities

Content Creation and Curation:

    • Develop engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.


    • Curate relevant and visually appealing content, including user-generated content, to enhance our brand image and increase audience engagement.


    • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and regulatory requirements.


Social Media Management:

    • Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels promptly and professionally.


    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.


    • Strong creative abilities to develop engaging content and visual assets.


    • Ability to analyze data and insights to guide content creation and strategy adjustments.

Role Description

    • The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and producing viral, fascinating and compelling content, mostly video, across various digital platforms to promote our brand, services, destinations, and special offers.


    • You will work with the marketing and corporate communications teams to conceptualize, create, and execute video content that resonates with our target audience.


    • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and social media platforms to increase visibility, reach, and engagement. Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all content channels.


Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Content Creation:

    • Produce high-quality video content for our website, blogs, social media and other marketing channels.


    • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform content creation efforts.


Social Media Management:

    • Develop and execute social media content calendars to maintain a consistent brand presence and engage with our audience on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.



    • Write clear, concise, and creative copy for video ads and other promotional clips.


Video Production:

    • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content, including promotional videos, travel guides, employee content, customer testimonials.


    • Create interesting and shareable infographics, memes, and animations.


Content Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience preferences, and industry trends.

Stay Updated:

Educational Qualification / Experience / Knowledge Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.


    • Proven experience (with a solid portfolio) as a Content Creator in a digital marketing environment- freelance, agency or in-house- with heavy emphasis on video production.
