1.) Cargo Logistics Specialist

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


    • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Local Sales Staff.


    • The primary scope of work for this position involves managing shipping bulk cargo double cleaning business and facilitating whole container and Air Freight shipping business.


    • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the local professional market, and the ability to develop relationships with individual shops, stalls, and small B customers.



Manage Shipping Bulk Cargo Double Cleaning Business:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with individual shops, stalls, and small business customers in the local professional market.


    • Collect shipping bulk business orders, including goods purchased from Guangzhou, China, and other locations to the Nigeria station.


    • Arrange transportation of bulk goods into containers for weekly shipment to Lagos.


    • Oversee customs clearance processes and ensure timely delivery of cargo to the company’s warehouse.


    • Notify consignees to pick up goods after unpacking.


    • Track and report on shipping bulk business performance, including the number of cubic meters collected.


Facilitate Whole Container and Air Freight Shipping Business:

    • Identify and develop relationships with large local trader customers interested in whole container and Air Freight shipping services.


    • Promote whole container and Air Freight shipping services to potential customers and secure new business opportunities.


    • Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange sea cargo and air cargo shipments.


    • Calculate commissions for whole container and Air Freight shipping business based on each container (for sea cargo) and per kilogram (for air cargo).


    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred, with a major in international trade and logistics preferred.


    • 2+ years of relevant work experience.


    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry, with international logistics sales experience highly preferred.


    • Strong understanding of the local professional market and customer needs.


    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.


    • Age between 22 and 35 years.

2.) Site Officer

Job Locations: Lekki and Shomolu – Lagos

Job Summary

    • The Site Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of parcels at the site. Responsibilities include handling arrival and delivery scans, conducting parcel audits, updating system records, providing customer service, managing cash collection and reconciliation, and performing cancellation and departure scans. The Site Officer must adhere to operational guidelines and prioritize customer satisfaction.


Job Description

    • Arrival scan: arrive all parcels from DC accurately and timely


    • Delivery scan: Initiate all delivery scan on parcels for courier and confirm the actual number of parcels taking out.


    • Issue parcel Audit: Initiate right issue parcel after audit calls to verify authenticity of issue parcels. All Rescheduled parcels should be physically check. It’s not allowed to virtually state issue parcel without physically present.


    • Daily system update of cancellations, issue parcels, stayed beyond SLA and many others as required.


    • Attend to walk in customer that wants to send or picks parcels.


    • Cash Collection, COD reconciliation and deposits of cash in the bank.


    • Cancellation and departure scan: daily backlog check for cancel/rejected parcels; Ali economy 30 days and standard parcel 7 days and hand the aged parcels to


    • And many others as assigned.


Qualifications and Skills

    • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.


    • Prior experience in logistics, parcel handling, or customer service preferred.


    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in parcel processing.


    • Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers.


    • Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry and system updates.


    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.



N70,000 NGN + Commission

3.) Account Receivables Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

    • Prepare daily and weekly collection and sending of sales reports(Monthly Customers).


    • Prepare weekly and monthly debtors’ list and schedules(Monthly Customers).


    • Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customers’ queries.


    • Ensuring up-to-date accounts receivable ledgers and journals.


    • Collating data and preparing of invoices.


    • Generating of receivable’s waybills and reconciliation of weights, freight and volumes of businesses transacted.


    • Preparation of revenue analysis on the services provided by the company.


    • Collection and posting of WHT credit notes and WHT receipted.


    • Regular follow up of outstanding WHT credit notes.


    • Creation and maintaining of Customers GL on SAP.


    • Do a good job of monthly customer payment registration every day, do a good job of reconciliation with the bank every month, and close the accounts in coordination with the general ledger every month;


    • Daily confirmation of monthly customers payment.


    • Posting of all monthly customers to SAP on daily bases


    • Posting of all customers invoice to SAP on daily bases



    • A Bachelor’s Degree


    • A mininum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role with major experience in account receivables


    • Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP.
