1.) Housekeeper

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Responsibilities

 

• • Assist guests upon room check-in and check-out

 

• • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing

 

• • Notify superiors of any damages, deficits and disturbancies

 

• • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards

 

• • Protect equipment and make sure there are non inadequacies

 

• • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience

 

Requirements

• • Proven experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar cleaning role.

 

• • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.

 

• • Strong communication and customer service skills.

 

• • Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
