Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Sales Executive to leverage TikTok promotion expertise and advertisement to reach target audience, and drive business growth.

  • Promote TikTok content to increase visibility, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Develop high-quality, engaging TikTok content ideas that resonates with target audiences.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that leverage TikTok content creation and promotion expertise.
  • Identify potential clients and market segments that align with our logistics services and generate new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Analyze sales performance and content metrics, identifying changes in market trends to inform future sales strategies with the end goal of enhancing sales process and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to create tailored logistics solutions for clients
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales records including client interactions and sales forecast to obtain information useful in preparing reports.

Skills/Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record in Logistics, B2B and FMCG.
  • Proven experience creating and promoting content/ads on TikTok.⁠
  • Must be able to identify prospects, identify prospects' challenges and proffer solutions and build rapport and maintain client relationships and retention.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other digital sales tools.
  • Must be a good negotiator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and content metrics.
