We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact, embodying our high standards.
  • Greet and welcome guests with grace and professionalism.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence with impeccable etiquette.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Provide administrative support and handle basic inquiries.
  • Utilize computer systems efficiently for tasks like scheduling and communication.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years proven experience.
  • Exceptional personal presentation and grooming.
  • Naturally warm and engaging personality.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant accent.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
  • Professional and discreet demeanor.
  • Prior experience in a high-end customer-facing role is a plus.
