 Emzor Pharmaceuticals Limited is recruiting suitable candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Chemical analysis of all raw materials and document results.
  • Chemical analysis of all intermediate/finished products and document results.
  • Chemical analysis of stability samples.
  • Sampling operations in QC laboratory
  • Developing laboratory analytical procedures and validating them.
  • Generation of analytical summary report sheets for all raw materials and intermediate/finished products
  • Monitoring to ensure that all personnel in the area of quality control take part in the regular trainings
  • Participate in internal audits/self-inspections and close out non conformities
  • Routine qualification of secondary standards
  • Out of specification and out of trend investigation
  • Training of IT students, corps members and Interns
  • Generation of standard operating and testing procedures.
  • Adhere to ALL health and safety guidelines.
  • Generating reports for equipment qualification, process and methods validation and/or verification
  • Clarifying discrepancies in the area of quality control including operating an error prevention system

Requirements

  • B.Sc, HND or equivalent in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Science Laboratory Technology (chemistry option), Biochemistry, Chemistry Education, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Technology with minimum of 1 year experience (with NYSC inclusive).
